I needed to change the battery in my Key fob for my car and someone recommended Waldo Hardware. (I’m not from the KC area and had no clue where to go) Mike the sales person was so helpful. He was awesome! Figured out how to get the fob open and batteries changed for me. He was super patient and very friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here about two months ago. I was doing a large project in our kitchen and needed a few other things like a shop vac to help finish the job. When I came to check out, the cashier actually told me there was a cheaper shop vac with the same specs and features, for $40 cheaper. I really appreciated the friendly service and the help saving a bit of money.

The people that work there are always great! As a first time homeowner that jumped into the deep end with a fixer upper, I appreciate the knowledge and patience they have all shown me in multiple trips for different projects, and usually multiple trips for just one project even. The store isn't large but the selection is varied so I almost always find what I'm looking for and can avoid the big box store headaches. Thanks everyone there for all of the help!

This is a way above average hardware store. The employees here will help solve your problems in creative ways. They hire youth in the community, and Mike is one of the most knowledgeable people I know, and he's run this store forever. This isn't a store to shop around in. If you've got a problem, they'll help the best they can.
